Fragile deployment cycles and high latency in a heavily regulated healthcare platform.
- A single monolithic pipeline rebuilt and redeployed everything for a one-line change.
- Releases needed a maintenance window, so they were batched, making each one riskier.
- Environments drifted from one another, and failures surfaced only in production.

Designed a containerised microservices architecture utilising path-filtered deployment pipelines.
